We do not work with any vision or health

insurance plans directly.* *Except for Costco Employee's

However

We do provide a free reimbursement service

for participating vision insurances plans

who provide 'out of network' coverage,

or itemized receipts for plans we can not access

so that you may self submit.

Using this service we can bill VSP, Davis, and other

vision insurances on your behalf.

Your insurance then mails you the payment

a few weeks afterwards.

We prioritize our scheduled patients first

However

We always take walk-ins

as long as you don't mind waiting.

We are located at Costco

However

Our doors is outside the entrance

and no membership is required to come to our office.
